We are Frendly. A new Dutch children’s furniture brand founded with a love for design and sustainability. We make children’s furniture that appeals to the taste and aesthetics of the modern, young parent. Our sustainable furniture pieces are for the interior lover – and those to be – and good for the planet.

Yes, that’s up to you. All furniture is sold with a buyback guarantee or to be rented. You can also buy the furniture during the rental period. In this case send us an email so we can arrange this for you.
Sustainability and circular economy are two very general definitions. For many people therefore perhaps vague. That’s why we made a summary of the understandable sustainable initiatives Frendly has already taken:
Sustainability:
– Use of as many materials with a high percentage of recycled content,
– Use of as many materials that can be (fully) recycled at the end of life,
– Use of high quality materials, fixings, hinges/sliders etc,
– Design-for-disassembly, because of the remountable design we can easily replace parts to extend lifetime.
Circularity
– Frendly take back furniture when it’s superfluous, but you can also decide to rent. Frendly prefers to keep control over furniture that is not used anymore,
– We made agreements with partners who guarantee that offered resources will be recycled in a way it can be used again,
– Transparency is given by adding product passports on all productpages showing what’s inside and to what extent parts are recyclable.

Product
Every furniture piece consists of a different composition of materials. View the productpassports of each product on the productpages. This productpassport show what materials are used, where they come from and how it can be recycled.
Each furniture piece we get back is deeply cleaned, if needed repaired or components replaced, and packed again so it can be used as a Pre-Loved product in its second life.
As soon as Pre-Loved pieces are available, they can be bought including take-back guarantee. Pre-Loved furniture is used before, but since they are well cleaned and if need repaired, you have an almost new experience when receiving it home.
Sure! We understand that you little one out-grows the Cot at a certain moment and wants to go for a big bed. Register your return on the Return page and mention you want to swap the Cot for a Juniorbed. When doing this we will arrange the pickup of the Cot and delivery of the Juniorbed. We give you a set of bedrails (one long and one short) for free swapping the bed.
Most products are shipped flat in a box.In each package and on each product you will find a QR code linking to the Getting started page. Here you will find installation, user-, and cleaning information.

Buy
When furniture pieces are in stock we deliver in your dome within 5-10 workingdays. If the product is out-of-stock we inform this on the productpage, including estimated timing when available.
You have the right to cancel the agreement during 14 working days. This reconsideration period starts at the day of receiving the product. Read our General Terms for more information about revocation.
Go to the Return page on our website, submit your information, we will contact you asap to arrange a return.
We strive to pick up within two weeks. Of course this is done by mutual agreement. Good to know, Frendly will disassemble the product.
When the product is picked up, the Frendly employee determines condition on-site based on the following criteria. This is marked on the return form and signed by both parties.
- Reuse: the piece is in good, lightly used condition. Maybe some little scratches, but for the rest still in great shape. After cleaning and if needed some little repairs we can add the product to our Pre-Loved collection.
- Repair: the piece is in good, fairly used condition. For example some deep scratches, remains of toots-prints or some to enthousiastic use of pen stripes of the kids. It is needed to replace one or two parts. After cleaning we can add the product to our Pre-Loved collection.
- Recycle: the piece is heavily used and has several damages and more then two parts have to be replaced. The product will be recycled via selected recycling partners.
